As our chilled products are perishable items, we take no responsibility for goods that are delivered to an incorrect address or where recipients are not home. This also applies to goods that have been left in warm places or out of refrigeration for more than 4 hours after delivery, especially in the Summer months.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to RURAL addresses as this takes up to 3 days longer, however you could organise for your product to be delivered to another non rural location for collection or maybe your place of work*. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address please send us a message and we will reply asap.
